REFUND POLICY



Returns

We do not accept returns on all products sold. If you are unsatisfied with your planter, you may contact us in order to establish an alternative solution.

Damages and issues
Our steel planters are durable and made to withstand all kinds of conditions. Should any significant damage be revealed upon delivery of shipment, we may evaluate your case and determine whether your planter is subject to a replacement.


Exchanges
If you are unsatisfied with your product, such as the color, then you may contact us so that an exchange may be made under the conditions that the planter remains unsued and kept in its original packaging. Planters approved for an exchange will only be exchanged for a planter of equal size and thickness; finishes and other options will be left up to the customer. If your case is eligible, we will send over a shipping label and a shipping fee will be charged for all exchanges. Only 1 exchange is permitted per customer unless negotiated in-person.


Refunds
All sales are final; If you experience a problem with your planter, feel free to get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
